Golf Courses in Big Island, HI

Golf all over Hawaii is spectacular, but if you're looking for guaranteed great weather with plenty of coastal golf, then the Big Island might be your best bet. More specifically, the Kona side of the island only gets a few inches a rain a year. Coastal courses, designed by the best designers in the business, form an incredible contrast of black lava rock jetting out of the deep blue Pacific Ocean. The Big Island has 13 microclimates, formed by towering volcanic mountains such as Mauna Kea. At elevation, you can actually get snow, and on the Hilo side of the island, rainfall can approach 100 inches. Golf is only part of the picture. Helicopter tours, snorkeling, zip-lining, Kona coffee plantation tours and of course, Volcano National Park highlight other activities.
